Days and hours will vary. Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm. Salary is negotiabledepending on experience. Paid monthly.The Town of Windsor is looking to hire a Records Specialist Technician for thePolice Department.A Records Specialist Technician performs a full range of general clerical andoffice support duties with only occasional instruction or assistance. Thisposition requires the employee to work independently, apply well developedclerical and office support knowledge, and exercise judgment and initiative.Receives and directs telephone calls and visitors; provides information andassistance to other agencies, Town staff, and the public; receives,routes, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail; performs a variety ofrecords management duties; and performs word processing duties. Four years of general office experience with emphasis on customerservice, project coordination, and problem solving: to include dataentry experience. Experience in a law enforcement environment is desirable. LICENSES ORCERTIFICATES Ability to become NCIC/CCIC certified. Must Possess a Coloradodriver's license in good standing CPR/1st Aid certification within 30days of employmentI. NATURE OF WORKA Records Specialist Technician performs a full range of general clerical andoffice support duties with onlyoccasional instruction or assistance.
