Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse who's seeking a placement at an LTC, SNF, hospital and/or home health. We are looking for a motivated and energetic LPN to join our team. A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing and coordinating patient care, educate patients and the public about various health conditions. LPNs are also responsible for passing medications and providing treatments while being supervised by an RN.
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities Include:
The LPN is a staff nurse who provides direct primary nursing care to the residents; as well as, delegates and supervises the care provided by the C.N.A. Receives and records physician orders. Administers treatments and other direct care, including medications/narcotics. Recommends, communicates and implements changes in resident care plans and Documents nursing activities timely
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term/skilled nursing facility
Must hold an active state LPN license
Must be computer literate - experience using PCC is a plus
Must have an active CPR/BLS card
Excellent communication and customer service skills
