Your Work and How You’ll Make a Difference:
Our RDCS leads a regional market and is responsible for its overall clinical management and quality of services.
As a Regional Director of Clinical Services (RDCS) at Behavioral Innovations you will collaborate with Clinical Directors (BCBA) to develop and evaluate existing treatment programming and new therapy services to ensure best practice guidelines. Essentially, the RDCS will act as our internal auditor and oversee clinical practices and facilitate regional trainings, case reviews, quality assurance checks and resource development to hold our clinicians accountable to our high clinical performance expectations.
The RDCS will define, implement and oversee clinical competencies of clinicians and clinical practices across 20-25 treatment centers, to ensure the highest quality of care and outcomes. Additionally, they work closely with the Regional Director of Operations to support optimal case management, clinical training and clinician accountability.
What we are looking for!
Licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
Masters or Doctorate Degree, required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the field of ABA services
Leadership experience, including supervisory roles, overall program development, understanding of key performance indicators and proficiency with professional affiliation and payor regulations
Overnight travel required up to 50% of the time, depending on the location of candidate
Experience in the training, mentoring and oversight of a clinical team
Ability to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced environment, overseeing 30-40 BCBAs, across 20-25 centers
Experience with various assessment tools, including VBMAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, VABS-3, etc.
Seeking experience designing and implementing treatment plans and recommendations based on results in the initial assessment
Experience conducting FBAs and designing behavior intervention plans based on the results
Previous experience training new behavior therapists and family members regarding client treatment plans
Ability to interpret data and summarize progress within the entire region
Ability to implement corporate driven goals, objectives, policies and procedures
Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
Must understand and follow company policies including harassment and compliance procedures
Remain current with new research, current trends and developments related to autism, special education, and other fields

Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
