North Range Behavioral Hlth-Greeley Program Director, Clinical - Integrated Healthcare in Greeley, Colorado

Days and hours may vary Sunday through Saturday, 7am - 7pm. Paid monthly.Education/Credentials/Experience- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or other behavioralhealth discipline from an accredited college or university is required.- 4 years of relevant progressively responsible experience in the behavioralhealth field providing, developing, implementing, and/or administeringprogram(s) required.- Experience in coordinating behavioral health intervention plans andservices with other agencies.- Those with clinical supervision and/or management experience givenpreference; must have demonstrated ability to manage others or projects ofagency significance.- Colorado clinical licensure in appropriate discipline (LPC, LCSW,LMFT) required; CAS a plus.- Credentials, such as licensure, higher education and/or CAS, may besubstituted for experience.Knowledge of:- Mild to severe mental health and/or substance usedisorders/disabilities, trauma-informed care, andrecovery/resiliency-oriented services.- Client groups and/or issues related to the program area (i.e. agegroups, level of severity, risk category, etc.).- Best practices for program development and enhancement, changemanagement, and effective supervisory/management approaches.- Professional and ethical guidelines as outlined by the State of Colorado.- Federal, state and local regulations regarding delivery and documentationof behavioral health services.- Electronic health record documentation practices.- Human resource concepts, practices, policies and procedures.- Workplace policies and professionalism.- Organizational structure, workflow and operating procedures.- Organizational sensitivity regarding complex relationships with federal,state and local agencies, government entities, and personnel.Skills/Abilities to:- Plan, organize, time manage and prioritize multiple tasks andassignments. Use effective follow through.- Read, analyze, and interpret related professional periodicals,journals, financial reports, technical procedures or government regulations.- Apply principles of logic or scientific thinking to a wide range ofintellectual and practical problems.- Communicate effectively and positively, both orally and in writing,with a wide range of individuals and constituencies, including when underemotionally charged and stressful situations.- Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolveproblems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.- Effectively manage and appropriately support assigned program staffincluding hiring, professional development, and performance management.- Interpret structure, policies and procedures of North Range BehavioralHealth facility.- Provide treatment and case management in routine and crisis situations.- Identify and support appropriate diagnostic assessment using currentdiagnostic system.- Value diversity and be culturally sensitive.- Use sound judgment, make efficient and thoughtful decisions, and actwith integrity.- Maintain confidentiality.Responsibilities:- Establish, operationalize, and achieve overall program goals andstrategies with program employee support, including modification of existingprogram services or creation of new program services to maintain or enhanceprogram standing and to effectively meet the needs of clients and the community- Oversee the development of comprehensive program policies, procedures,guidelines, and standards; communicate and support agency and programobjectives, policies and policy changes. Enforce policies and proceduresrelated to employment laws, program guidelines, regulatory compliance and safet- Analyze data and utilize/prepare a variety of reports to assist withevaluating services, capacity and in response to state inquiries orregulations; evaluate and verify accuracy of relevant reporting data. Usedata on an on-going basis in planning, implementation and review of teammembers and processes.- Uphold and ensure quality program
