Surgery Care Affiliates Facility Administrator- CEO (FT)- Two Facilities in Greeley, Colorado
Overview
We are seeking a Group Facility Administrator to oversee both our Greeley Endoscopy Center and Skyline Surgery Center. Both facilities are single-specialty GI Endoscopy Centers located in Greeley, Colorado and Loveland, Colorado with 3 Endo suites. Greeley is a newly developed “first class” facility which will require a focus on development, stability, and growth. Greeley is in close proximity to our leading providers and apart of Northern Colorado with great mountain views and recreational access. A perfect family community. Skyline has a strong longstanding reputable foundation and is centralized in the Loveland area. The focus on this center will be about continued efficiency and daily operations.
Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Provides leadership to a team of clinical and business professionals, focused on clinical quality outcomes, labor efficiencies, supply chain management, volume growth drivers and revenue cycle optimization
Live and model SCA Values
Responsible for the Center’s P&L; managing financial controls and reporting.
Manages operational strategies using the SCA Way of Execution.
Develops and maintains an effective marketing program that encompasses physicians, patients, medical groups, and third party payers focused on case volume growth.
Ensure efficient business office operations.
Safeguards the Center's assets and ensures that Center's building and/or tenant improvements and equipment are maintained in good working order and in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
Responsible for creating a fair, open environment for all teammates. Ensure consistency of treatment and application of policy.
Depending upon specific facility needs, may participate in the provision of direct patient care consistent with licensure, experience and current competence in the level of patient care provided.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Health Administration, Business Administrator or Management Required; Master's Degree preferred
Strong preference for Clinical leader with valid and in good standing RN license
A minimum of five years of operational management experience required
Budgeting, financial management, clinical service management and materials management required
Experience in outpatient surgery center operations strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
For Colorado Residents only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $86,673.60 to $134,596.80. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
