We ll celebrate milestones and acknowledge the value ofspirituality in healing.We re proud of what we know, which includes how much there is to learn.Your day.As an RRT you need to know how to:Deliver evidence-based respiratory care by protocol or pathway througharterial line insertion, intubations, bronchoscopy assist, percutaneoustracheostomy assist, flight and high risk deliveriesBe an integral member of the patient s care regimen using patient-drivenprotocols in the general care areas and the vent liberation protocol in theCritical Care areasParticipate with the Early Mobility TeamProvide effective airway managementInitiate, maintain, monitor and document continuous mechanical ventilationUnderstand and institute advanced ventilator modalitiesEffectively discuss advanced Respiratory Pathophysiology and implement changesbased on patient s conditionEvaluate CXR to facilitate patient careYour experience.We hire people, not resumes.
