Fromcorporate campuses to single sites, EFS provides a range of services thatsupport mission-critical areas of financial services, manufacturing,pharmaceutical, transportation, and education sectors.Job Title:Field Environmental Health and Safety ManagerJob Summary:The position provides both management oversight and hands on support andimplementation of safety programs for EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc.,(EFS) primarily at client location in Golden, CO. The primary purpose ofthis role is to support the site teams in their execution of the EFS safetyprogram. The position requires the ability to communicate effectively andefficiently with both management and field level employees. The positionrequires travel to client sites (up to 30% of flexible travel(continental US) to new, existing and potential clients) to performthe following duties: safety coaching, site or project safetyassessments, accident investigations, safety training, and customerrelations. The position will also be involved in identifying opportunities toimprove work related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Drives site execution of safety program at Molson Coors. Primary location isGolden, CO but supports Molson Coors locations in Texas, Georgia, andWisconsin. Manages site inspection processes (pre-task risk assessment,equipment inspections, etc.) Performs site safety assessments of existingand potential client facilities to identify existing or potential accident andhealth hazards; determines corrective or preventative measures whereindicated; submits related reports of findings to management and follows upto ensure measures have been implemented.Updates local operating procedures and standard SOPs related to the workactivities performed at the site location(s) as needed; Ensures that thework our associates do for our clients does not conflict with EFS,Federal, State, or Local regulationsDrives safety training at site level. Conducts OSHA 10 hour training on siteor assists with computer training, conducts aerial lift training, ladderinspection training, fall protection inspection training and any othersafety related training for all technicians on site. Performs new hireorientation around safety related items including initial training as well asa 30 day follow up training.Schedules monthly meetings/visits with the assigned client team (s);conducts training, safety talks, and/or equipment assessments.Demonstrates ownership of safety program through attendance and involvement atsite meetings (daily, weekly, etc), pre-task discussions, andother opportunities to interact with field staff in the work environment.Supports and responds to daily team needs across the organizationEducation:Bachelor's degree in Safety and Health, EHandS Management or a relatedfield is required or a combination of education and related work experience.Qualifications:Minimum of 5-7 of progressively responsible experience in the EHandS field.Bilingual (Spanish and English) is desired.Licenses/Certifications:Must hold an OSHA Outreach Instructor Certification for General Industry orobtain certification within 12 months of assuming the rolePhysical Demands:Walking, standing, climbing stairs and climbing ladders.We offer our employees a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageand are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required tocontribute to our continued growth and success.
