UCHealth Manager Behavioral Health Crisis Assessment in Fort Collins, Colorado
ManagerBehavioral Health with UCHealth . Full-time opportunity with oversight of theclinical assessment program in multiple emergency room locations in NorthernColorado including Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley.
This position reports to the Director Behavioral Health at Mountain Crest.
Assists with developing specific departmental goals,standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan andvision of the organization.
Manages staff relations including performancemanagement, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Performs andoversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance,departmental contracts and vendor relations. Determines and justifiesneeds for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, andoversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
Assesses the quality of patient care delivered andcoordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, andother departments. May provide patient care when necessary.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills,decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriateaction .
Master's degree in Behavioral Health or relatedfield.
State licensure as a Psychologist, Clinical SocialWorker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and FamilyTherapist.
Minimum Experience: 3 years of relevant experience.Behavioral Health admissions experience is strongly preferred.
This position's pay range starts at: $39.320/hour.
An annualbonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational andindividual performance.
