HERE IS SOME OF WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM BEING A MONITOR TECHNICIAN(TELEMETRY) WITH US: * The Monitor Technician monitors, documents and appropriately reportsthe patient's cardiac rhythm and pulse oximetry as needed * Assists the patient care team with maintaining a clean,well-organized, and safe patient care environment * Participate as an active member of the health care team and positivelypromotes the rest of the team to patients/families/caregivers and othercolleagues YOU ARE: Passionate about helping others Reliable and Team- orientated Excited to work in a fast-paced environment Organized and can provide exceptional customer service Able to read and speak English QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS ROLE: * HS Diploma or GED required * 1 year of Telemetry skills and interpretation of rhythm strips required * BLS Certification through the American Heart Association required * CNA and/or EMT Certification preferred * At least 1 year of Hospital experience preferred Swedish Medical Center, part of HCA's HealthONE, is a 408-bed acutecare facility located in the South Denver Metro Area in Englewood,Colorado, where it has been a proud member of the community for over 110years.
