Position Summary: The Patient Services Manager is under the direct supervision of the FoodService Director, and is responsible for day-to-day patient room serviceoperations. Effectively communicates with all internal and external customers. Maintains a high level of customer service at all times. The manager isrequired to be proficient with computers and maintain Sodexo standards.Consistently demonstrates effective supervisory skills. Directs, supervisesand evaluates personnel they manage. Effectively manages all areas ofresponsibility while maintaining financial accountability for assigned areas. Drives improvement in KPI s through innovation and effective management. II. Position Requirements: A. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Serv Safe (HACCP) certification within 90 days of hire. B. Education: -Bachelor s Degree and Registered Dietitian preferred C. Experience: - Three to Five years of experience in a food serviceenvironment preferred D. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: -The position requires a working knowledge of the Food Serviceoperations, HACCP standards and Regulatory agency guidelines. Able toread, write, and speak English. III.
