Please complete this assessment as soonas possible*Position Summary:Provides nutrition screening, assessment and education to patients to meettheir nutritional needs as indicated by diet orders prescribed by medicalstaff. All services provided within the scope of practice for RegisteredDietitians as defined by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Licensure/Certification/Registration:Maintains current registration through the Commission on Dietetic Registrationof the Academy of Nutrition and DieteticsB. Education:Minimum completion of Bachelor's Degree (four year accredited program)in Nutrition/Dietetics or related field.C. Experience:One to two years clinical experience in a healthcare facility preferred.D. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: CDE or CNSD may be beneficial.
