EXPERIENCE: Two years food service related work experience preferred. C. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Must have a knowledge of therapeutic diets. Must be able to communicateeffectively with a variety of personnel and demonstrate strong customerservice skills. Computer skills required.
