2000 16th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of AmericaThe VP of Physician Strategy Experience and Engagement will lead a wide arrayof strategic projects and grow operational capabilities focused on achievingour "Partner of Choice" mission for DaVita Kidney Care. This teammate willfocus on innovating new and adapting existing programs to create adifferentiated physician experience in healthcare. This VP is also responsiblefor assessing Village demands and impact on our physician partners, thendetermining what/how these programs can achieve optimal outcomes for theVillage, our physician partner and patients.Essential DutiesPhysician Strategy - Pursuing, assimilating and communicating strategyassociated with attending, medical director and joint venture partners andtheir associated practices. This position will be responsible for assessingchallenges, identifying needs, prioritizing investments within directcontrol, and influence investment outside of direct control.Proactive Physician Engagement - Identifying strategies to increasephysician's fulfillment, autonomy, trust in DaVita, leadershipcapabilities in order to improve achievement in clinical outcomes. Createproducts and programs, create and adapt processes, and implement changemanagement to improve the experience of the physician.Reactively Address Village Demands on Physician Partners - Engage with allbusinesses and functions in DaVita Kidney care to understand the demands onthe physician partners.
