Primary duties to include but not limited to:
Lead a virtual health business, to include telehealth (video, talk, and text formats), remote monitoring, digital adherence tools.
Focus on the provider and the patient as virtual health customers and solving their pain points.
Grow a business and meet targeted growth goals (virtual health will now be a part of ALL CareMore offerings).
Maximize virtual health to meet engagement and clinical outcomes goals (lower hospital admissions and readmissions, better management of chronic diseases, higher engagement rates with patients).
Lead people and drive P&L.
Population will be Medicare > Medicaid > Commercial.
Manages the business risk associated with the delivery of new solutions and enhancements.
Management responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, counseling and evaluating performance of direct reports.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
Master's degree preferred.
15+ years of experience managing and directing large scale projects in a complex business and systems environment.
Any combination of experience and education, which would provide an equivalent background.
Experience leading a virtual health program.
Leadership skills to drive change.
Extraordinary ability to influence behavior.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to interface with and communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and stakeholders.
Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel when travel restrictions are lifted.
