Sr Admissions Strategist, ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders (Job ID: 3697)Job SummaryUnder general supervision, manages all aspects the Intake and Admissionprocess from start to finish while overseeing the ACUTE census to ensure thatthe program meets or exceeds monthly and annual Average Daily Census (ADC)goals consistent with annual growth goals. Manages, analyzes, andcommunicates monthly admission data trends to clinical team and Denver Healthbusiness development to improve and expand the ACUTE service. Cultivates newand established professional referral relationships through the admissionprocess while fostering positive relationships with patients and familymembers. Collaborates with ACUTE's Medical Director, Program Manager andNational Outreach Representative to develop and implement strategic plans.Provides day to day training and guidance to ACUTE intake coordinators.Experience:Five years work experience with emphasis in intake/admissions, sales,marketing, communications, or professional relations and specificexperience in health care, behavioral health or eating disorders. Experiencecommunicating with insurance companies desirable.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong computer skills including knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft OfficeSoftware (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Experiencewith Adobe Creative Suite a plus. Strong organizational and communicationskills, ability to multi-task and work independently in a strong teamenvironment.
