This is a rolewell suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in theircareer. As a Senior Director , you will be responsible for :

  • Success in this role is thetransition from a transactional relationship with a customer to a trusteda trusted advisor

  • In assigned IDN accounts beresponsible for all business elements of the entire Siemens HealthineersPortfolio. To include AdvancedTherapies, Diagnostic Imaging, Enterprise and Customer Services.

  • Participate in the development andexecution of identified strategies in conjunction with internalstakeholder teammates in order to drive overall performance and growth.

  • Senior Directors are expected tolead (without direct authority) a cross-functional organization to exceedexpectations set by leadership and grow the overall cross-portfolio sharefor Siemens Healthineers.

  • Where relevant, any elements in adeal cycle management may fall under the role of the Senior Director; businessreview cadence, coordination and negotiation of contractual activities(RFI, RFP…etc.), pipeline management, purchase commitment functions (obtainPO), order completion (delivery, payment) …etc.

  • Senior Directors must be able todevelop, influence, and sustain relationships with key IDN decision makersas well has have an in-depth understanding of key customer processes thataide the Siemens Healthineers organization to succeed.

  • Senior Directors must maintain an understandingof the macro healthcare market, health system operations and purchasingprocesses, service line development and reimbursement, and operationalefficiency.

  • Senior Directors must be able tocommand the executive presence both internally and externally byarticulating larger value proposition across the Healthineers portfolio.

  • The role seeks to understandassigned IDNs strategic goals by listening, engaging, and problem-solvingw/ the customer in order to connect to value propositions and strategieswhere Siemens Healthineers can deliver improved outcomes for customers.

  • It is essential for a SeniorDirector to be able to translate and effectively communicate the valueclinical, operational, and financial impact of the Healthineers portfolioand how it is influenced by the complexities between payors, providers,and patients.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit andinnovative thinking will aide those in this role to proactively participatein the creation and execution of Account Management Strategy. Senior Directors will facilitate developmentand execution of strategies through by working with cross-functionalteammates to meet time and action-based deliverables.

  • The Senior Director is a leader inthe Siemens Healthineers organization and must be counted on to workcollaborative with all Healthineers Stakeholders. The Senior Director is expected to have asignificant level of understanding and insight into the customers assignedto their responsibility.

Required skills& knowledge to have for the success of this role

  • Bachelor’s degree with advanceddegree preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience inthe healthcare industry with consultative and direct sales experience

  • Willing to travel up to 60%
