Adecco Staffing Scheduler in Denver, Colorado
Adecco is currently assisting a local client, recruiting for Scheduler/ Administrative Assistant jobs in Denver, CO 80239. These Scheduler/ Administrative roles are temporary to hire opportunities, with starting pay rates of $17/hr., plus overtime! These roles are Tuesday-Friday from 7am-3:30pm AND Saturday 5am-1:30pm.
Schedulers/ Administrative Assistants are required to:
Speak with customers over the phone in order to schedule, remind and follow up on appointments.
Make an average of 50-75 calls per day.
Add, cancel, or make changes to appointments in the organization's schedule.
Reply to emails regarding customer and internal inquiries.
Schedule the manufacturing production or transfer (i.e. trucking) of products.
Locate products in the warehouse to ensure products are in the correct location.
Work closely with the dispatching team to schedule/reschedule cancellations.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Computer literate and excellent verbal and email communication.
Maintain high level customer service over the phone.
Computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules.
Display kindness and be open to providing scheduling accommodations to customers, clients or staff.
Ability to be prioritize tasks while also being flexible to unforeseen tasks that arise.
High School Diploma/GED is required.
