ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for the effective and professional communication ofcompany safety processes, protocols, programs, regulations and laws. * Responsible for making recommendations to the Safety Directorregarding updates to Company Safety Policies, assisting with accidentinvestigations, involvement with pre-job site safety meetings to determinepotential safety risks and assisting in the pre-planning process of futureprojects. * Responsible for investigative process, determining causes, anddocumenting site accidents and near miss incidents. This includesrecommendation on corrective actions and preventive measures. * Responsible for construction site safety inspections, completion ofinspection reports as applicable, including corrective actions. * Assist with ensuring subcontractors of all tiers comply with CompanySafety Programs, and related upstream and downstream contractual obligations. * Responsible for preparation of safety and accident records forsubmission to Director of Safety & Loss Control. * Responsible for employee training and development in the areas ofsafety and related topics as assigned by the Director of Loss Control. * Valid Colorado driver license and clean driver record is required. * Ability to meet the fitness for duty requirements as may be requiredof upstream clients is required.
