WORKING TITLE: IT Project Administrator
The IT Project Administrator supports the evaluation, design, development, testing and implementation of new software and IT systems for the BioScrip organization. The primary role focus is to maintain the project management systems and information – schedules, budget and actual spend, issues, risks and other common project management administrative activities across multiple projects and programs.

Individual will be responsible for clearly documenting and communicating on multiple assigned programs and projects - scope, schedule, quality, budget and benefits.
Maintains short-term activity schedules, request logs, prepares IT SLA reporting, and
program/project information requirements.
Schedules regular meetings, records decisions, and distributes information to the project teams and stakeholders.
Retrieves information including user/client requirements and helps develop business use cases.
Assists with analyzing and mitigating risks throughout the program/project lifecycle.
Coordinates quality activities and controls to ensure deliverables meet defined requirements.
Assists with coordinating activities across internal and external teams, including IT teams, customer(s), and vendor(s).
Anticipates issues and responds proactively to address potential issues.
Predicts emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Undergraduate degree required in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred but not required.
1+ years of project and program administration experience in a large, cross functional environment.
1+ years of hands-on experience working with all aspects of project management and the application development life cycle.
Proven experience developing tactical implementation plans, budgets and reporting.
Experience with Microsoft Office programs is required.
Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint required; experience with electronic applicant tracking system strongly preferred.

Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret pharmacy and clinical information appropriate to duties and responsibilities assigned. Ability to operate information systems, follow policy, and complete required forms. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from referral sources, managers, patients, employees, payors and the general public.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of abstract variables.
