SCL Health Patient Coordinator Vaccine Clinic Temporary in Denver, Colorado

The selected Vaccination Patient Coordinator will support SCL Health Hospitalsites within the Front Range and have the opportunity to gain experience whilesupporting our community. The hours being offered areMonday-Sunday 9:00 a.m.- 7:30 our Corporate Headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado and is located withinthe Oracle campus. We'll celebrate milestones and acknowledge the value ofspirituality in healing.We're proud of what we know, which includes how much there is to learn.Your day.As a Vaccination Patient Coordinator you need to know how to:Coordinate all front office operations for Vaccination Care Team.Interview patient or significant other to obtain accurate demographic,medical, and financial information required to process registration andcompletes this function in a timely manner.Using Epic/E-Summit, be responsible for computerized registration,scheduling, insurance authorization, collection of co-pays, enteringcharges and payments, and reconciling postings at the end of each day ofbusineGreet and direct all visitors and patients to appropriate personnel ordepartment ensuring all scheduled appointments arrive promptly.Transcribe medical dictation to provide a permanent record of patient care.Demonstrate an understanding of the responsibilities related to thetranscription of patient records to protect the patient and thebusiness/institution.Your experience.We hire people, not resumes.
