Under thedirection of the Senior Director of Government Business, this position willcollaborate to execute on the Risk Adjustment performance management strategyto ensure a high performing Risk Adjustment Program.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Facilitate the development and manage key performance indicators inpartnership with the healthcare finance team. Understand output of analyticsand translate into programmatic changes and/or new initiatives.Organize and provide executive, management and front-line initiatives andperformance reporting and communication.
