Under the direction of the Director, HealthcareEconomics, you will develop and expand our overall analytical strategy intonew areas and develop tactics and insights essential for performance in ourprograms. Then you might be a great fit for the Integrated CareAnalytics and Innovation Manager role with DaVita.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Facilitate the development of key performance indicators for risk adjustmentin Medicare Advantage and Government Innovation Programs.Partner with business leaders to identify trends and areas of opportunity androll out new initiatives with operations teamsDevelop and maintain expert-level of knowledge of Medicare and risk-basedpayment methodologiesBuild reports and analyses using multiple data sources, including custom SQLqueries; translate findings into actions operators can takeOrganize and support executive, management, and front-line initiatives andperformance reporting and communication. Prepare timely and accurate monthlyand annual reporting as required.Develop and modify complex SQL queries and other future analytical toolsIdentify and analyze implications of regulatory changes to Medicare and keyGovernment programsCollaborate effectively with Compliance and Legal teams on policy andregulatory implications for our programsMentor and support a team of technical analysts, including development oftheir technical skills, QC processes, and career path/professional growthRequirementsPersonal values align with DaVita's values of service excellence,integrity, team, continuous improvement, accountability, fulfillment, and fun.Bachelor's or graduate degree in health care field, math, statistics,or other quantitative areas strongly preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience with analytics and reporting; healthcaredata experience preferredExperience with risk adjustment data and analyticsStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.Strong communication skills to work across teams, garner input, and buildconsensusKnowledge of relational database principles including SQLKnowledge of statistical and/or quantitative analysis that can be readilyappliedKnowledge of medical claims terminology (CPTs, DRGs, ICD-10, etc.)What We'll Provide:More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to whatmatters most.
