Introduction to the team
We are currently seeking a Senior to join our Cost Reimbursement (CR) and Regulatory Reporting practice. The practice provides cost reimbursement and regulatory reporting guidance to hospitals, health systems, skilled nursing facilities, federally qualified health centers and related entities throughout the West. Our CR practice also provides unique opportunities to work with C-Suite executives around process improvement, conducting engagements with hospital operations leaders to optimize governmental reimbursement, improve operational efficiency and clinical pathways and enhance communication between healthcare entities to drive value in their respective markets. Our CR practice is a fun, energetic, and close-knit group that is experiencing rapid growth, which provides our professionals with ample career opportunities!

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
2 years of related experience
Able to multi-task, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of Medicare reimbursement guidelines; ability to accurately complete cost reports a must
Able to work as part of a team
Client service oriented (both internal and external)
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%

Compensation Range (Denver Market ONLY): 80,000 - 100,000
