This is a Contract, Health and Safety Administrator/Coordinator opening.3-6 months duration and located in downtown Denver.Responsibilities: Provide administration support to Health and Safety team Accurately document and record information, as needed Prepare reports and documents for Health and Safety team Take minutes at meetings, as needed Ensure compliance and maintain Health and Safety records (computerdatabases including but not limited to training, driving, DOT, etc.) Interpret state and federal regulations and directives. Be able tounderstand company safety and health policies and procedures Assist with health and safety training database entryUnderstand safety processes (hot work, confined space entry,lockout/tag out, excavations) Maintain data integrity and administrative accuracy Possess clear, succinct and professional oral and written communicationskills Highly developed attention to detail Able to work in an office environment and follow current COVID-relatedwork environment policiesRequirements: Must have working knowledge and understanding of OSHA Regulations,worker safety, and process safety Must have energy industry background (focus on oil and gas preferable) Great communication skills with a focus on technical writing and greatattention to detail Must have great MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook at a minimum) 3 years' specific work experience and Associates degree in industrialhealth, safety or related, or equivalent 5-10 years' related experiencein the energy industry, with a focus on oil and gas.
