US Anesthesia Partners Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, Chief (CRNA) in Denver, Colorado

Overview

U.S. Anesthesia Partners of Colorado, is actively recruiting a full-time Platform Chief CRNA for a growing and well-respected practice in Denver, CO. This position will build, maintain and professional relationships with care team clinicals, executive staff, platform physician and MSO leadership, continuous quality improvement (CQI) committee, etc.

Getting to Denver is easy, thanks to the efficient Denver International Airport (DEN), one of the largest connecting airports in the world. From there, it’s a short, effortless trip on the airport train to Denver Union Station in the heart of downtown. Arriving at Union Station, visitors are greeted with an opulent and fully restored 1914 Beaux-Arts train station, home to swanky bars, restaurants, shops and a boutique hotel. In wintertime, skiers and snowboarders can take the Winter Park Express Ski Train from the station to the mountains for a unique ski-in, ski-out experience (runs seasonally). From Union Station, access downtown on foot, by bike, or on the free 16th Street Mall shuttle.

Walk to your heart’s content around lower downtown (LoDo) or get your heart pumping by checking out a bicycle from Denver B-cycle, Denver’s citywide bike-sharing system. Explore numerous nearby culturl atrractions like the Denver Art Museum, Clyfford Still Museum and the History Colorado Center, there’s plenty to choose from at all price points.

Qualifications

The Colorado platform Chief CRNA will work one (1) day per week in the central business office (CBO) in addition to clinical work required. This role will help develop and interpret organizational policies, budgets, communication, consulting and quality metrics.

  • All USAP Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist must meet state licensure requirements.

  • CRNA's must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.

  • Liaison between physician partners and Care Team; Strong business acumen

  • Direct reporting to CGB representative.

  • Scheduling Oversight with CRNA leaders and MSO.

  • Consistent communication to care team on all USAP objectives.

  • Provide guidance on care team issues and problem solve as appropriate.

  • Build effective leaders and high functioning teams

  • Partner with clinical leaders to hold quarterly roundtables to solicit feedback from employees

  • Spearhead recruiting and retention efforts.

  • Participates in corporate initiatives as platform representative

  • Participates in cross teams to maximize placement, etc.
