Provides supervision and assistance to the residents in the activities of daily living, responds to emergency calls and notifies the staff nurse of changes in resident's condition.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • Previous experience working in a senior community preferred

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • Experience may be considered in lieu of High School Diploma or GED

  • QMAP license

  • Colorado QMAP Certification (Qualified Medication Administration Person) required within 90 days of hire.

  • Certifications must remain current following the initial 90 days of employment.

  • CPR required

  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aide certification must be obtained upon hire.

  • Certifications must remain current following the initial 90 days of employment.

Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
