UCHealth Instructor Community Health - PRN in Colorado Springs, Colorado


Plans, coordinates, provides, and evaluates community health-related instructional programs and activities.

Work Schedule: PRN (no guaranteed amount of hours per pay period), Days


Develops program content based on research and analysis of subject/population-specific data and community needs. Evaluates the effectiveness of programs against measurable outcomes criteria.

Provides community health education and resources to a variety of populations in a variety of settings, including staff, patients, families, schools and community groups.

Serves as a community health resource and consultant to staff, physicians, agencies, and other community health professionals.

May collaborate on procuring funding and resources that support program initiatives.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.


  • Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Community Health, Public Health or related field.

  • Required Licensure/Certification: Valid state driver's license and insurance required.

  • Minimum Experience: None Required.
