The Clinical Pharmacist will be amember of one of the focused float teams in either Medical/Surgical,Hematology/Oncology/Bone Marrow Transplant, or Critical Care. TheClinical Pharmacist will have opportunities to participate in departmentinitiatives in their clinical focused area, present at Pharmacy andTherapeutics Committee, participate in hospital committees, and preceptstudents and/or pharmacy residents.
