Well States Healthcare Customer Care / Case Manager in Castle Rock, Colorado

The Inside Sales / Customer Care Representative position is responsible for coordinating the scheduling of medical treatment for individuals who have been involved in auto-related accidents. The Inside Sales / Customer Care Representative works with law firms to analyze the needs of their clients and coordinate appropriate medical care based on the recommendations of medical providers and within the constraints of the known automobile policy limits. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicating with medical providers and attorneys

  • Securing appointments for clients

  • Preparing agreements for clients and medical providers

  • Ensuring the appropriate documents are signed and filed

  • Collecting medical bills and records

  • Following HIPAA regulations

The position is salaried and full-time, Monday through Friday. Start time can be flexible from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Acrobat

  • Able to communicate in a professional manner

  • Computer proficient

  • College degree preferred

  • Spanish language skills are preferred
