They set safety standards for their workplacebased on legal requirements and train employees to help them understand theserules. Safety coordinators also monitor working conditions and resolve anysafety issues that may arise.Duties and ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties asassigned Create and implement safety plans while ensuring that they are beingfollowed daily Conduct safety observation reports on a regular basis, depending onthe length of the project Attend safety walks and inspections before or during each project toanalyze safety risks Educate employees on safety standards and expectations as well as safemachinery operation Provide recommendations for improving safety in the workplace Investigate accidents that occur onsite and identify possible causes ofthe accident Maintain documentation of the company's safety procedures, accidentsand related events Act as a liaison between management and external safety agencies, suchas fire and insurance personnelLOCATION: Brush
