Honeywell Sr. Process Engineer in Broomfield, Colorado

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise to ensure the liquefier meets quality, cost, and efficiency requirements

  • Identify ways to improve safety, quality yields, and capability of liquefier.

  • Lead continuous process improvements to drive key performance indicators.

  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions to correct issues and problems in production.

  • Work with suppliers to fix process issues and malfunctioning parts.

  • Coordinate with technical team and operations on production levels of liquid helium.

  • Maintain and run liquefaction plant with the use of Honeywell Operating System and Total Productive Maintenance.

  • Travel up to 10%


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Due to export control laws, must be a U.S. Citizen


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related degree

  • Certification in Six Sigma

  • Skills in Braze welding

  • Ability to accurately identify patterns to problem solve

  • Experience with liquid helium related processes

  • Ability to work without guidance or supervision

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
