Provide technical expertise to ensure the liquefier meets quality, cost, and efficiency requirements
Identify ways to improve safety, quality yields, and capability of liquefier.
Lead continuous process improvements to drive key performance indicators.
Troubleshoot and provide solutions to correct issues and problems in production.
Work with suppliers to fix process issues and malfunctioning parts.
Coordinate with technical team and operations on production levels of liquid helium.
Maintain and run liquefaction plant with the use of Honeywell Operating System and Total Productive Maintenance.
Travel up to 10%
YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Due to export control laws, must be a U.S. Citizen
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related degree
Certification in Six Sigma
Skills in Braze welding
Ability to accurately identify patterns to problem solve
Experience with liquid helium related processes
Ability to work without guidance or supervision
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
