We'll celebrate milestones and acknowledge the value ofspirituality in healing.We're proud of what we know, which includes how much there is to learn.Your day.As a Director Patient Access Medical Group, you need to know how to:Oversee Patient Access activities, including authorizations andpre-registration, check in and check out, patient demographic andinsurance data collection/verification, point of service collections,cash management, registration work queues and administering requireddocuments.Formulate and administer system level policies and procedures. Ensurecompliance with state and federal regulations. Support resolution of issuesimpacting assigned departments.Work with provider services leadership, clinical directors and physicians toidentify barriers to patient flow and those that impact the patientexperience.Review monthly trending analysis of registration performance across SCL Healthto include quality and productivity.Identify, communicate and align overall strategy for department improvementacross the system.Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines and establisheddepartmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assuranceprogram, safety, environmental and infection control standards.Act as an internal consultant on registration policies, technology, andissues with Medical Group Physician Services, hospitals, PRMO leadershipand external departments.Manage human resource functions such as interviewing, selection,orientation, education/training, feedback, performance evaluation,and policy and procedure development.Participate in the preparation of operational and capital budgets.Develop and promote PMO strategic vision, mission, and purpose whileemphasizing teamwork and results.Interpret entity PMO specific reports relating to Patient Accessperformanc
