Ensures the right short and long term decisions are made with a focuson the strategic priorities of the organization.Serve as the primary contact for business partners and vendors. Manage newrequests and proactively identify opportunities. Work closely with internalpartners in our service lines, marketing and communications, businessdevelopment teams and other departments to identify and maximize opportunitiesto improve, develop long-term road maps, and create business cases toexpand Salesforce use cases.Lead Salesforce Center of Excellence and effectively manage and grow teammembers.Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce use for both current and futureuse cases, leveraging extensive experience and knowledge of best practices.Analyze Salesforce data to provide insights to key users and stakeholders tohelp them meet their goals and the goals of SCL Health.Organize and deliver Salesforce training to users and administrators.Stay up to date on new Salesforce capabilities and required upgrades,ensuring SCL Health is taking advantage of the latest technology asappropriateDevelop Salesforce roadmaps, solution blueprints,development/implementation standards, best practices, guidelines,governance processes and similar to ensure consistent and effectiveimplementation of solutions.Develop and manage the Salesforce budget, invoices, contracts and businesscases.Develops metrics and SLAs to measure Salesforce support, usage and success.Your experience.We hire people, not resumes.
