Thisincludes, but is not limited to quality measures, clinical transformationinitiatives, population health (quality measures, registries,dashboards, cross continuum workflows), care management, virtualhealth, and the patient portal/consumer facing applications.Engage with external vendors, system owners, community partners,contractors, and stakeholder leadership to understand organizationalimperatives to align technology solutions that will drive value for theorganizParticipate in Epic networking and learning opportunities, such as theannual Epic User Group Meeting, training classes, and collaborationthrough the Epic UserWeb customer network to ensure current knowledge of bestpractices and industry standards.Facilitate relevant governance committees to include agenda planning anddevelopment materials such as decision documents, application roadmaps,and program status.Your experienceWe hire people, not resumes.
