Autism Learning Partners Behavior Analyst - BCBA in Broomfield, Colorado

The Behavior Analyst designs and oversees ABA treatment programs. This includes continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education and consultation, and problem solving to help each client reach his or her potential. Additionally, this position is responsible for supervising behavior technicians and program managers, ensuring that they are professional, learning, and implementing treatment plans with a high degree of reliability and fidelity. Other duties may include leading and participating in meetings, staff training, and people management activities.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provides clinical program management for clients on assigned caseload. This includes continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem solving to help each client reach his or her potential

  • Collaborates with other professionals, paraprofessionals, and parents in order to provide an effective program

  • Supervise appropriate staff effectively within scope of practice

  • Coordinates client visits to observe staff members and provide coaching and clinical support

  • Motivates and provides mentorship to assigned staff to help them learn, grow professionally, and implement treatment plans effectively

  • Is available to parents, clients, and staff by phone when there is an emergency or urgent need

  • Helps ensure that clients receive the full clinical prescription

  • Keeps careful record of billable hours that require a parent signature

  • Maintains client files and treatment logs in an organized manner to include appropriate documentation to team

  • Document all consultation and treatment sessions daily, as well as provide appropriate documentation to treatment team

  • Provides assessments, progress reports, discharge reports, and treatment plans in a timely manner

  • Attends, plans, and leads staff meetings, training classes, and other meetings as required

  • Attends and participates in IEP/IFSP meetings

  • Keep current on latest developments in field of behavior analysis by attending professional seminars, reading current literature, and participating in professional organizations

  • Stay abreast of funding resource changes which impact reporting and/or treatment requirements

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

  • 3+ years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis

  • 2+ years of management experience

  • 1+ year of experience working with various software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing tasks

  • 1+ year of experience successfully working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, high performance environment

Education, Licenses, and Certifications:

  • Master’s Program in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral

  • Analysis, or related program

  • Licensure and/or Certification in Behavior Analysis required for the Behavior Analyst


  • Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
