The MedicalCenter of Aurora is proud to be a part of the HealthONE system of hospitals.Position Summary: This position supports the mission of The Medical Centerof Aurora/Centennial Medical Plaza. The Ultrasonographer II performsdiagnostic ultrasound procedures, operates ultrasound equipment, developsfilm, and prepares the room with the necessary equipment and supplies forthe procedure. Provide an excellent patient experience with quality diagnosticresults. Maintains technical skills and is responsible for the use ofequipment to minimize hazards and maximize patient safety. Secondary dutiesinclude computer work, answering phones, ordering supplies, stocking thedepartment, maintaining files and general cleaning. Assists in collectingdata for PI monitors and conducting QC on equipment.
