The Division of Infectious Diseases is recruiting a Transplant Infectious Diseases Faculty Position for the Division of Infectious Diseases at the University of Colorado School of Medicine on the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colorado. Academic rank is flexible based on the applicant’s career level and accomplishments. All academic ranks will be considered.

Job Duties:

Transplant Infectious Diseases patient care, teaching and research in an academic setting. The faculty member will join three existing Transplant ID faculty members and a large infectious division that contributes to patient care and call coverage. Duties will include inpatient and outpatient care of solid organ and bone marrow transplantation patients. Some additional general infectious disease clinical activities can be included if desired. Development of a funded research program in TID is strongly encouraged.

Salary and Benefits:

The hiring salary for this position is commensurate with skills and experience. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation.

Minimum qualifications:

Medical degree (M.D., D.O., or equivalent) , successful completion of ACGME-accredited infectious diseases fellowship, with either an additional TID fellowship year or demonstrably significant TID experience during ID fellowship. American Board of Internal Medicine certified in infectious diseases.

Experience in basic, translational or clinical research
