These examples do not include all of thefunctions which the employee may be expected to perform.Responsible for establishing work goals and performance standards for afacilities team or crew in conjunction with departmental goals and objectives.Assigns and evaluates team assignments, provides technical direction tostaff, reviews and adjusts procedures as well as priorities and timelines;responsible for hiring, position reassignments and all disciplinary actions.Manages budget and allocates funds to accomplish objectives; providesfeasibility studies utilizing market data, service trends, and strategicinitiatives; seeks alternative funding sources as needed.Reviews staff compliance of all regulatory requirements as well as compliancewith CHCO building standards and local codes and ordinances.Prepares budgets, invoices and reviews utilization of inventory; presentsand develops reports for clients utilizing dashboards or various datacollection systems.Serves as a customer service resource for all escalations issues.
