Position Summary: This position supports the mission of The Medical Center ofAurora/Centennial Medical Plaza of optimizing the quality of life of allthose served by expanding beyond the traditional focus on medical needs to theneeds of the whole person. * The EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT provides support to the seniormanagement team. * She/He collaborates in projects and presentations for patient caredirectors. * She/He coordinates facility taskforces for special projects. * The Executive Administrative Assistant assists all administrativepersonal with communication and acts as a liaison for staff to seniormanagement. * When need arises, will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.The Medical Center of Aurora/Centennial Medical Plaza expects our corevalues to be reflected in the way every employee interacts with co-workers,patients and family members, and with others in the community. Must be proficient in with Power Point, Excel, and AccessComputer skills. Must have project management skills, meeting planning,facilitation, and presentation skills. Must have ability to anticipateproblems and work effectively and independently to resolve issues.
