The ClinicalManager ensures the accomplishment of organizational goals and objectives toimprove healthcare performance and patient experience of care in acost-effective manner. The Clinical Manager is a partner with others in thehealthcare leadership team to enhance clinical practice by coaching forperformance and promotion of professional growth. Finally, the ClinicalManager provides leadership in managing department team members andpatient/family experiences.The 8th floor Inpatient Medical Unit, is a dynamic 48-bed general medicalunit serving a wide variety of patient populations from birth to earlyadulthood. We specialize clinically in the areas of digestive health, renalimpairment, infectious diseases, behavioral health, endocrine andmetabolic disorders, and immune deficiencies to name a few. You will findour team to be a passionate and intelligent interdisciplinary team ofnurses, clinical assistants, mental health counselors, inpatient servicespecialists, and providers; caring for medically complex and acutely illpatients in a fast-paced environment.
