In order for patients to receive quality customer service the CCC schedules appointments, specialty referral processing and distributes information to MCPN clients regarding services and programs. The Customer Care Center Representative is a resource for MCPN patients that allow for timely internal patient appointing, specialty referral processing, and distribution of accurate information regarding MCPN services and programs. The candidates chosen for these opportunities will schedule internal appointment, inform and guide patients to resources both in and outside of MCPN, process specialty referrals, make reminder calls and enter all information into Electronic Medical Records.
Education or Formal Training: High school diploma or GED required. Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience: Prior experience working in a call center environment required. Previous experience working in a clinical healthcare environment preferred.
